Q. How long will it take to receive my first issue?
Answer: The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published. For example, if your monthly subscription was ordered and received by the publisher in January, and the February issue has already shipped, your order may be added to the March mailing.
The number of times your magazine subscription publishes each year will determine when you will receive your first issue.
- For example, the first issue of a weekly magazine should arrive within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. The first issue of a monthly magazine should arrive within 6 to 10 weeks. Rest assured, your subscription starts when you receive your first issue; not when you place your order. If you subscribed for 12 issues, you will receive all 12.
- Some magazines are published seasonally and take longer to start. These include bi-monthly and less frequent publishing cycles, for these magazines allow 8-16 weeks for first issue to arrive. Canadian & International orders take longer to start, allow an extra 6-8 weeks to receive first issues. Be assured that if you place an order for such a magazine, you will receive new issues as soon as they are available. Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?
Answer: Sure you can. When ordering your magazine you have the option of selecting new or renewal service. Renewals, your order will be added to the end of your current subscription.
Q. How do I find a specific magazine?
Answer: You may browse for a magazine title by category. Top Category listings are found on the left-hand side of each page along with Alphabetical and All Categories search. A search box is also located at the top of every page.
Q. How do I change my mailing address?
Answer: At any time during your subscription, you may change your address by contacting Customer Service.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Answer: We accept cancellations within 36 hours of you placing the order. Unlike other online merchants we do not hold your order, we prepay your order with the publishers ensuring your subscription commences as soon as possible. We do of course refund if the subscription is not fulfilled by the publisher in a timely manner. No gimmick, no auto-renewals, once the order is placed with the publisher it is not subject to be canceled.

Q. What happens if a magazine I ordered ceases publication?
Answer: The publisher will contact you by mail to offer a replacement title; if no replacement is available you will receive a refund for all non-delivered issues.
